The college campus is a place of enhancing knowledge and enriching your lives with new thoughts and vision. We take utmost care to help you, support you and guide you for different examinations and tough situations. If you are able to inculcate the directives provided by your teachers, you will be comfortable not only in the campus but also off the campus. Following guidelines may assist you to have a beautiful stay in the college during your entire tenure: 

Being a co-educational institution, it is our joint responsibility to respect both the genders and give them equal opportunities to participate in all the campus activities.

There is a separate girls wing, where boys are not permitted to enter, except the ones who have their classes in that wing. In cafetaria as well as in library, separate seating arrangements exist for boys and girls. Keeping this in view, all the students are expected to use the assigned places only. 

The fees and other dues are charged as per directions from Haryana Govt./KUK, and changes can occur in the existing fee structure, if directions are received from Haryana Govt./KUK. Every student must obtain a receipt without fail, after making any payment to the college.

Important instructions received from the University or Haryana Government are circulated on notice boards as well as college website. You are required to be well aware of important cut off dates, the college may not be able to remind individual students about any such lapse on his/her part. 

Every student must provide an active contact number to the college for receiving messages, college will not be responsible for non-delivery of any important update.

The fees once paid cannot be refunded. Any delay in deposition of fee by the student will result in imposing of applicable fine. The students failing to deposit the fees will be removed from the college rolls.

The students missing the theory and practical classes will be fined as per rules of University. If any student is absent from his/her classes continuously for 14 days, without intimation and prior permission, the name will be struck off and the student has to take re-admission. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to become eligible for appearing in University Examinations. For students participating in any of the events like NSS, NCC camps, cultural programmes or any other such event, he/she must submit the recommendation signed by the concerned teacher in charge, giving details of the event with dates.

Any change of subjects will be allowed only for a limited period as permissible, in the first semester only. The request can only be considered if seats are available in the requested subject. No change of subjects is allowed after the stipulated time under any circumstances.

Inter-college migration is possible only after prior permission from both the heads of institutions. The permission may be granted or denied based on the circumstantial evidences. The migrating student has to pay requisite funds, as per rules. Migration is not allowed from local colleges.

If, due to any reason, University cancels the admission of any student or does not approve the admission in a particular class, the student and the wards will be responsible. College will not be responsible for any such cancellation and no claims will be entertained.

Students must obtain information about and apply for different scholarships applicable to them from college authorities.
