Library is the key resource of information for the academic community of any institution. The Library of I.B. (PG) College is also playing vital role by giving its best to the students and teachers. For the last six decades, the library has been the lifeline of the academic activities of the college. There will be no exaggeration to state that the Library of I.B. (PG) College, Panipat is one of the largest and resourceful libraries in Haryana. It has been catering to the needs of about 3000 students of Under Graduate, Post Graduate and 150 staff members.

The college library is spacious with seating capacity of about 150 readers.  It is well-stocked, presently has a collection of over 60 thousand volumes on different subjects.  Latest publications in the fields of Arts, Science and Commerce are continuously added to the collection to facilitate students with a wide range of academic material. The Library remains opened during lunch break also for the convenience of the students.

The Library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources (print and electronic) in the forms of online databases, books, journals etc. All prominent national dailies are also subscribed by the library. The College Library is a member of N-LIST which provides online access to many important full-text databases in many subjects.  The college library is also a member of DELNET which  is a major resource sharing library Network in India.
