April 09 to 10, 2021– Online International Conference on Scientific Developments in the Current Era” (ICSDCE-2021) was Organized by the Faculty of Science, Internal Quality Assurance Cell & Research Development Cell. In this conference, the entire faculty of the Department of Physics participated.

Session 2019-2020
State Level Power Point Presentation Competition, Poster Making Competition and Quiz Contest were organized on September 07, 2019, wherein students from 20 colleges across the state participated enthusiastically. Dr. Pawan Kumar, Dean Students Welfare, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra was the chief guest.
16.01.2020: Two students participated in the District Level Science Exhibition and presented a working project on “Intelligent Advanced Technology” in Science Exhibition organised by Haryana State Council for Science and Technology and Department of Science and Technology Haryana Govt. at Pt. Chiranji Lal Sharma Govt. P.G. College, Karnal
06.05.2020: Two students participated in National Level Poster Making and Short Video Contest organised by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Govt. College Palwal and got first position.
03.06.2020: One student got second position in an International Competition on “Recycling Of Waste Material and their uses in Demonstration of various Physics Phenomenon” organised by Physics Department of Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatam Dharm College, Palwal.
Four students participated in National Level Online Slogan Writing and Poster Making Competition organised by Guru Nanak Girls College,Yamuna Nagar and one of them got first position.
15.05.2020: Four students participated in National Level Power Point and Essay Writing Competition held at Tika Ram PG Girls College, Sonipat and one of them got third position in Power Point Competition.
18-05-2020: Organised a National Level Online Physics Quiz Competition in which 225 students participated.

The department of Physics organized Quiz Contest on 19.09.2018 in which Anurag of B.Sc. 2nd year and Shivam of B.Sc. 3rd year got First Prize; Naman and Ankit of B.Sc. 1st year got 2nd Prize.
Two students participated in the District level Science Exhibition and presented a project on “Swachh Bharat with e-bin” at Pt. CLS Govt. College, Karnal.

Department of Physics organized a Seminar on 28th January 2017, in which Dr. S.K. Chakravarti, YMCA University Faridabad delivered his talk on Nanotechnology.
On October 06, 2017, Dr. Shyam Kumar, Professor and Dean Faculty of Science & Dean Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra delivered a Lecture in Seminar organized by Department of Physics.
