110 volunteers were enrolled in NSS unit till 14 August Orientation programme of these enrolled NSS volunteers was organized on 17 August 2018 in college campus in the form of one day camp. Different ice breaking exercises were done in this programme. NSS song “Uthe samaj ke liye Uthe” and NSS clap was introduced to the volunteers .

International Yoga Day was organised by NSS unit in our college on 21^st June 2018. About 80 volunteers participated in this programme.

Tree Plantation drive was carried out in the college campus from 19 August 2018 to 25 August  2018 as Tree Plantation week .  All the volunteers of the unit were asked to plant and care at least 2 trees at their place of their residence. About 215 trees were planted. They were asked to send the photograph of the tree planted on my whatsapp no. Then on 25^th August 2018, Vice  Principal Prof  P K Narula and Volunteers of NSS planted trees in girls wing of college Campus.

On 28^th sep 2018 , Our 40 NSS boys volunteers participated in swachhta Abhiyan in railway Station , Panipat and the adjoining areas.

On 29^th September 2018, our 70 NSS volunteers took part in Surgical strike Day and made posters on the theme of surgical strike. Prof Ranjana Sharma from Department of Chemistry was judge of this competition.

Daan Utsav was organised as a week long activity from 2 October 2018 to 8 October 2018 . Our volunteers distributed clothes, stationery items like pen pencils etc to the needy people of slum basti near Halli park and slum basti near Industrial area, Panipat.

Rashtriya Ekta Diwas was organised by our NSS unit on 31 October 2018 in college campus. A documentary movie on Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel was shown to NSS volunteers on this occasion. A lecture on life of Sardar Patel was also organised.

Anti Tobacco Pledge was taken by NSS volunteers on 10 dec 2018.

Road safety Week was organised from 04 Feb 2019 to 10 Feb 2019 by our NSS unit . During this period a ralley on Road safety, Poster making competition and a lecture was organised. About 90 NSS volunteers participated in this event.

Our 50 NSS volunteers helped district Administration , Panipat in success of Pink Marathon held on 8 March 2019 on the eve of International women day.

A Blood donation camp was organised on 12 March 2019 by NSS unit and Youth Red cross unit of our College. 100 units of blood were collected .Dr B. B . Sharma , Dean  Student Welfare , Panipat Institute of Engineering Technology was the Chief guest.

A seven days special Camp on the theme” Beti Bachao beti padahao” was organised by our NSS unit in village Khotpura from 17 march 2019 to 23 March 2019. Dr. Dinesh singh Rana was chief guest of inaugural function of this camp. Various activities like ralley on above theme , campaign on digital literacy, community service, First Aid and Home Nursing training etc were organised during these 7 days. Sh Vinod sandhu, Sarpanch Khotpura was chief guest of Valedictory function of the camp.
